Changed the USB Serial Port to the Cisco Serial. After that I used the same solution as Windows 7. plug-and-play/hot-swappable allows you to add or remove a device at any time. It works fine for Windows 7 but not for Windows 8 :-(Thanks Sorry It works fine but I had to delete the USB Serial Port, Download the latest driver and reinstall.
